A maths degree. A coaching qualification. If you're wondering how those fit together, you're not the first.
I studied mathematics at the University of Manchester and spent over a decade in actuarial roles, progressing from technical analysis to team leadership, while sitting professional actuarial exams throughout. That kind of work teaches you something that no amount of enthusiasm can replace: how to take something genuinely complicated and make it legible. How to find the signal in the noise. How to turn raw, messy information into something a person can actually use.
As my career progressed and I moved into leading teams, a different kind of challenge emerged. Technical ability could only take you so far. Getting the best out of people, helping them think clearly under pressure, and moving a team toward a shared goal required something else entirely. That is what drew me toward coaching.
I trained as an NLP Coach and Master Practitioner, and as I did, something shifted. The analytical mind I had always had and the coaching frameworks I was learning did not sit in separate boxes. They fed into each other. That combination is what shaped the direction I took: the tools I built, the way I structure sessions, and ultimately the work I do today.
That is still what I do. Across every stream of the work.
I build bespoke Excel and Google Sheets solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. The kind of work that turns data you already have into answers you can actually use: dashboards, reports, automated processes, and financial models that make running your business clearer.
Spreadsheet ConsultancyI build professional digital tools for life coaches. The Wheel of Life Assessment Tool is the flagship: built for real sessions, by a coach who runs them. More tools are in development.
Explore the coaching toolsI work one to one with people who feel stuck, or who sense that something needs to change but cannot quite see what. NLP-based coaching, based in north London and available online. The focus is always the same: finding out what is actually holding you back, and starting to work with it.
1:1 CoachingEverything I do comes back to one thing. Taking complexity and turning it into clarity.
For a business, that might mean a dataset that finally tells you something useful. For a coach, it might mean a session that feels structured, confident, and complete. For an individual, it might mean seeing clearly for the first time why a pattern keeps repeating, and knowing what to do about it.
The tools are different. The work underneath is the same.

I am based in north London. I take the work seriously, and I am told I am genuinely easy to work with. What matters most to me is that the work actually makes a difference, not just that it gets delivered.
